Students will need to complete TWO different projects. Students must choose one from each category.
Category 1 20pts.
-Model of a Building in their civilization with a short description of the building and its uses.
-Diorama including a short description of what is displayed in the diorama.
-Recreation of their culture’s writing system. Write your name (as best you can) and include a short description of how it was taught, who learned to read/write, what materials were used to write.
Category 2 10pts.
-Map of Civilization with major cities and important landforms labeled
-Timeline of (at least) 10 important events
-Recipe for food eaten by their culture (I'll try whatever you make)
-Write out the directions for a game played by their culture
-Draw their culture’s calendar
-Create a traditional headdress and include a short description of what it signifies and who would be allowed to wear it.
